MAKING CHANGES

We all know how it feels when we continue on the same path and get the same results. You know you want to take a different way, but figuring out how can be difficult.

Taking Time to Focus on You

The truth can be really hard to face, and it’s important to realize how brave you are for allowing it to be and for allowing it to come to the forefront. In either our private sessions or through a HerStudio community, we begin our collaboration by:

  • Identifying your thought patterns.

  • Discovering your core beliefs.

  • Uncovering your values.

  • Being curious about different paths and asking “What is right for me right now?”

  • Exploring the different options.

  • Questioning the roadblocks you think holds you back.

Our sessions allow you the space to work in the moment, rather than trying to control the outcome, which, for many women, feels safer. We’ll work together to figure out how to be radically honest — even when you may feel that honesty may hurt someone else’s feelings. For many women, trying to control the outcomes feels safer. In our sessions we learn how to trust ourselves to be present and work in the moment.

The next step we take together is to see what your truth unlocks. This collaborative process includes learning how to:

  • Create the rubric for decisions that consider your heart, head, an gut, truly want.

  • Trust yourself and the decisions you make.

  • Learn how to remove judgment from the decision-making process.

It’s your choice how we work together, either privately or in a group.

  • “Jen created an incredible space where we can connect and safely share the complex challenges and feelings we experience while gently nudging us toward self-awareness and clarity.”

  • “The magic that comes from taking time to reflect, listen and trust that a few hours spent in conversation and reflection are an investment in myself and my well-being.”

  • “I've found a community of amazing women who support each other as we navigate the challenges of careers, family, friends — basically, life."
