This is a space for you. 

I’m Jenny and I create energetic containers. My mission is to support real connections — within yourself and with other like-minded women — by cultivating a space for reflection, honesty, curiosity and integration.

It is from this space that The Life Craft Collective was born.

The Life Craft Collective is fueled by the wisdom and desire for an aligned life of those within the container; women really seeing other women.

Together, we tap into your whole self — mind, body, spirit — and create space to play, challenge, learn and integrate

I facilitate the groups using a robust toolbox. I am trained and certified in coaching, somatics, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and attuned to Reiki Level 2 energy work. I also am a life-long learner of all things creative - visual and movement arts (note I did not say I am an artist). I combine these modalities to support awareness, connection and evolution.

The door is always open for women who want to be softly held, creatively engaged and compassionately challenged to craft their life.

You are a unique human having a human experience. The road before us is paved with compassionate curiosity, experiential wisdom and an innate ability to create; all within you and available to you. Some tools we use on the journey:

  • Somatics - Tapping into bodily feelings and sensations to explore the information they hold.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) - Supporting self-leadership and validating all the “parts” of us that have become part of our whole as we have moved through life.

  • Energy Body Engagement - Attuned to Reiki Level 2 - Support for our energetic and spiritual body

  • Creative Expression - Using creative mediums, guided visualization and creative prompts to access our own inner wisdom in a nourish our whole self.

  • Certified Professional Coaching - Trained to hold safe, curious, supportive space for you to connect with you
