I don’t have all the answers, you do?
TOGETHER, WE CAN FIND THEM.
CERTIFIED COACH,
COMMUNITY CREATOR,
MIND-BODY PRACTITIONER
Hi, I’m Jen.
I’m a coach in private practice and lead coaching communities rooted in somatics and creative practice in Chicago and online. My mission is to cultivate real connections — within yourself and with other like-minded women — by inspiring creativity and overcoming self-doubt.
My approach is grounded in *somatics, which uses the mind-body connection to help you understand how your whole being receives and experiences the world.
Many of us have been taught (dare I say conditioned), that our minds and bodies are separate - really, they are parts of a whole self and that whole self has so much wisdom. Together, we tap into your whole self — your intellectual self, emotional self, and physical self — and design the intentional way you want to show up.
Somatics: A group of techniques and inquiry to help you locate, receive, and understand information from your body.
OVERCOME CHALLENGES
EMBRACE CHANGES
Develop your inner resources. See yourself more clearly.
Imagine a life where you’re fully present, where your relationships are deep and meaningful, and you’re able to move with genuine ease and confidence. This version of you? It’s closer than you think and I’m here to collaborate with you on your journey.
FIND YOUR PATH FORWARD
What we resist, persists.
Together, we will discover what truly makes you tick and reacquaint you with your entire self.
Our initial sessions help you to talk about what’s hard, identify your struggles, and validate your experiences. Our journey begins by considering deep questions that will allow us to:
Write a mantra that describes who you are and who you want to be.
Encourage the scared parts of yourself to come out and play.
Meet and engage lesser-known parts of you.
Explore different aspects of your being.
